This greenhouse is based on hydroponic cultivation (soilless farming) and utilizes advanced technologies to create the ideal environment for rose production.

- Structure: 26 bays, each about 26 feet wide and 164 feet long
- Crown height: ~24 feet
- Covering material: 3-layer polyethylene film + polycarbonate sheets
- Heating system: Underfloor heating & wall-mounted pipe rails
- Cooling system: Pad-and-fan cooling + circulation fans
- Ventilation: Automated roof vents
- Cultivation method: Hydroponic (soilless)
